In 2020, the institution's executive committee laid the foundations for a new hybrid work and working environment policy. AREMIS has been involved in the various phases of its deployment, and would like to share best practices, challenges and exemplary results.

New objectives have been set for the workspace: it must become a place of intense socialization and stimulate the desire for cooperation. Faced with this profound change in role, how can we change the way we frame development projects? How can we approach a design project not only in its spatial dimension, but also in its relationship to the company's managerial culture? What design principles are gaining in relevance with this new paradigm?

Office ET Culture will explore these questions, drawing on feedback from recent projects and drawing inspiration from other fields such as urban planning and design.
